Purpose: The position will be located at our Concierge Claim Center in Dedham, MA.
Achieve superior customer service and claim handling at the most reasonable cost/efficiency by completing essential tasks including customer contact, sales and influence of program benefits, managing claim file, and disposition. Satisfy customer needs; and ensure file quality.
Responsibilities and Duties: Provide 2-hour voice to voice contact on assigned claims. Handle auto physical damage claims. Handle rental management of auto physical damage claims assigned to Concierge. Track and pay appropriate rental days Track vehicle repairs daily Provide regular status feedback to customer on repair process Assist with distribution and tracking of autos referred to shops within Concierge Program Accurately input loss information into a claim multi-line system via a personal computer. Recognize fraud, subrogation, and salvage opportunities and refer to appropriate expert. Consistently provide the highest-level customer service. Collect deductibles where appropriate. Continually acquire, develop and refine your skills as a claim professional.
Knowledge and Skills: College degree or equivalent work experience Keyboard skills and proficient in Word Must be able to demonstrate strong proficiency in organization
