SUMMARY: Provide on-going improvement of claim technical management through file and operational reviews with emphasis on claim handling quality.
PRIMARY DUTIES: - Participate in and coordinate Service Center Quality Reviews. Evaluate claim handling quality via file reviews for a specific line or product. - Travel to Service Centers countrywide to evaluate and discuss results. - Serve as liaison between Home Office Claim Quality Management and Local Claim Center(s). - Coordinate and/or conduct calibration training sessions and focused reviews as well as assist in Quality improvement at both local and National levels. - Coordinate Action Plans with Service Center Management.
EDUCATION/COURSE OF STUDY: - Bachelors degree
WORK EXPERIENCE: - 5+ years of technical claims processing experience - Supervisory/Management experience preferred.
COMMUNICATION SKILLS: - Excellent verbal/written communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
COMPUTER SKILLS: - Solid computer skills including Impact, WORD, Excel, Outlook, Lotus Notes and the ability to learn new software programs as needed.
OTHER: - Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure. - Excellent analytical and problem solving skills. - Demonstrated Project Management and organizational skills.
