Summary of Role:
In this role, you will provide assignment support for Central Management Services for open/pending assignments by contacting clients and/or contractors, and updating various mediums according to procedures and program requirements. - Review daily reports for outstanding assignments.
- Record status and file activity utilizing specific computer applications
- Assist clients with customer service inquiries
*Perform other duties as requested*
Requirements: - 2 years customer service and/or administrative/clerical experience.
- Knowledge of computer programs and the internet
Preferred: - Basic understanding of insurance terms, principles, concepts and practices.
