PLEASE NOTE: Bilingual in Spanish and English is required.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Handle physical damage claims for autos in and around Las Vegas. Regular field work will include:
- Adjusting and investigation
- Analysis of damage for reports
- Appropriate documentation
- Negotiation of claim settlements as assigned
Some insured files may require written correspondence. The position requires a focus on customer service to include same-day return phone calls, timely supplemental payments, detailed file documentation and timely reporting.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong Negotiation and Customer Service Skills
- Superior Organizational Skills
- Self-Motivated
- Excellent computer skills
- Candidates should be comfortable with BI negotiation with unrepresented individuals
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bilingual Spanish/English speaker.
- Prior estimating experience is required.
- Experience in ADP or CCC is preferred.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
