We are seeking a Bodily Injury Claims Adjuster. This individuals primary responsibilities include investigating coverage and liability claims and evaluating, negotiating, and resolving bodily injury claims, both unrepresented claimants and attorney represented claimants, while adhering to company Best Practice and State Fair Claim Practice Guidelines.
Will be responsible for the following:
Investigate and resolve disputed coverage and liability issues assessing appropriate negligence percentage based on State and Jurisdiction.
Proactively gather information and determine extent of bodily injury claims, reserving exposure appropriately and maintaining regular and consistent diary
Fully document file with all pertinent coverage, liability and damage assessments
Evaluate, negotiate, and resolve bodily injury claims, with both claimants and attorneys
Requirements
Ideal candidate has a four-year college degree with 3-5 years experience handling attorney represented bodily injury claims in multi state area.
Must be able to work Mon-Fri 1:00PM - 10:00PM or 10:00AM - 7:00PM
Must possess excellent organizational skills and written and verbal communication skills
Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
Experience with Microsoft Office suite of products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Georgia License preferred
Bi-Lingual in Spanish & English preferred
