Qualifications
Bi-Lingual in Spanish is a requirement
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Excellent customer service skills

Strong negotiation skills
Good computer skills, use of MS Office Products and the ability to maneuver around the internet
Team player who can assist others as needed
Education/Training
GA Independent License; College Degree or Equivalent work experience.
Experience
1-2 years Claims Experience and knowledge of the Auto Insurance Industry.
