ACCC Insurance Company currently accepting resumes for an experienced Corporate Trainer. We are a fast-growing leading provider of non-standard auto insurance in the Southern US. This is an exceptional career opportunity for a qualified candidate with experience in the non-standard auto industry and/or P & C field. We are looking for professional employees who want to work for a leading company in the industry.

Responsibilities include:
Train new employees in Claims, Marketing, and Underwriting.
Develop ongoing professional improvement classes for all employees.
Develop user manuals /training sessions for software.
Develop certified education programs for CE credits for agent and claims adjuster licensing requirements.
Develop agent education programs for CE, licensure, registration, and company software programs.
Travel to all locations as necessary.
Develop and administer additional professional improvement classes as necessary, possible or deemed helpful. (i.e.-keyboarding, program tutorials, Spanish, telephone etiquette)
Requirements
Qualifications:
A strong understanding of property and casualty and/or auto insurance terminology and coverage.
Experience preparing training materials: systems manuals, training objectives, instructional outlines, etc.
Experience training users in the insurance industry including large classroom and e-learning situations.
A Bachelors degree from a four-year college or university is required.
A minimum of three years experience as a trainer.
Must have excellent computer skills.
Bilingual a plus
