As a full service firm, we are currently seeking qualified adjusters to become part of our growing roster. Candidates will need to be well trained and very competent at their job. Adjusters will be responsible for complete handling of both residential and commercial claims in their home state area or deployment in a catastrophe situation. Our claims services include Property & Casualty, Inland & Ocean Marine, Transportation & Logistics, SIU & Surveillance, Construction Defect, Environmental, Heavy Equipment and Fine Arts.
Job Responsibilities
24-hour Catastrophe and Non-catastrophe Response
Meet with insured, provide damage estimate and photos
Prepare complete estimates and reports using Xactimate 24
Provide Diagrams of damaged areas using Xactimate Sketch
Follow up after claims completion
Secure cost agreement with contractors if needed
Keep daily activity diary current on all claims
Receive, upload and close claims via our claims management system
Job Requirements
2 years property damage or liability adjusting experience
Texas all lines or Property and Casualty License and/or applicable state license.
Excellent working knowledge of Xactimate 24, including sketch & IntegriClaim
Excellent knowledge of construction repair
Reliable Transportation
Current knowledge of Microsoft Office
Own current adjusting equipment including computer, ladder, Xactimate and other needed equipment
Physically capable of climbing roofs and other strenuous work
Excellent consumer relationship skills
